I do everything I can to ship your items with care. They take me hours of work, so I am very invested to get them to you safe and sound!
However, it does happen that pieces arrived damaged or broken. If you could please take a picture of the damage and send it to me with your order number, I will either refund your card, refund you in store credit, or send you a similarly priced item, whichever option works best for you!
