If you have a question or concern about any piece you have purchased from my store, please reach out to us and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Please be patient as clay and computers certainly don't mix :) I usually take time in the early mornings to review emails and social media.

Privacy & Safety

RETURNS

Please note that I do not accepts returns for any reason. All sales are final.

If pieces arrived damaged or broken: Please take a picture of the damage and send it to me with your order number, I will either refund your card, refund you in store credit, or send you a similarly priced item, whichever option works best for you!

Pictures of damage must have metadata linking the picture to the arrival date as listed on USPS/UPS tracking services. Please be sure to open your packages the day of arrival and check for any damage. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Got a wedding or corporate retreat coming up? Pottery makes a great gift!! I can customize mugs or other select pieces with names and logos. Please reach out for pricing.
